I think nerds are awesome!

Geeks are usually socially inept on the other hand, so I wouldn't like to think that applied to me, at least!

*Sorry Crank... we've taken your thread!!*

No, no, no, no. As someone who is a nerd and who is socially inept I can say with complete confidence that it's nerds who are socially inept.
Also I would say that nerds are a subset of geeks so that all nerds are geeks but not all geeks are nerds.
Geeks are usually obsessed with things to do with certain parts of culture (ie sci-fi or comics) and sometimes technology and gadgets. Whereas nerds have all that but go a little bit further by obsessing about science and maths as well.

Here's maths nerd Hannah Fry explaining .

Quick crankshaft, do another painting to shut us all up. :cheer:

That's the nerdiest thing I've heard all geek.

Whoa my SB...it's alive! Make yourselves at home! Lol you guys are awesome. Got more updates but some are not complete except for this study. Here I learned how to rotate rectangles in perspective to each other and how to fit more stuff in 1 point perspective.

I've never actually heard "dweeb" in normal conversation, it was one of those terms that didn't cross the Atlantic very well, or perhaps I lead a sheltered life.
I only ever recall it from American tv shows especially a terrible cartoon called Rude Dog And The Dweebs. It was not good. Not good at all.

Aww... I thought that cartoon was awesome Val!!

Dweebs, in my opinion, are also socially inept, but unlike geeks (who are usually just boring!) or dorks (who are anally retentive pedants!), dweebs are a bit callow and week willed.

There were many words that came over from the water that I think were awesome, but nver seemed to stick. "Tubular" is one of them!! That's ace!!

Hey guys! Got some more studies! Here I learned how to rotate boxes or square corners to each other on the same ground plane. Been mainly busy with my factory, will update soon! Cheers!
