B) Atto: Thanks, always have fun with those :D

..........

Started work on a new sketch, spent a lot of time on this one trying to get everything just right. I'm pretty happy with it but always open to feedback before I begin the painting process, so please feel free to share any input! The figures were referenced from Grafit References as well.

I really like the action and energy in this sketch and the drama is very well arranged in the frame.

Valence: Appreciate it!

I resumed work on the image, updated the poses for something much more dynamic. I began the painting process as well, still a bit early but I'm mostly satisfied with my color choices. Here is the current progress:

Any feedback appreciated as always!

Colors and layout looks good, you may want to check her thumb on her right hand (sword hand). I would think we should see it, and wrapped around the handle, especially since we see the other one.

I get sketchy around pencils! ...=D

Digital Dave: Thanks, that's a great idea as well, just incorporated it!

................

I resumed working on the image, it has come quite a long way! Will try to push the details as far as I can with this one, very pleased with how it's turning out. Feedback welcome as always!

I'm not sure that's how Dave meant the thumb to look - if she's gripping the dagger to stab someone the thumb should curve around and meet up with the other fingers. Interestingly it kind of looks like you drew the thumb in the previous image but coloured it gold instead of skin?

Yep, what Charlotte said... I too would think she would be gripping the handle tightly for the stabbing, so it would be wrapping around connecting back with the fingers. ... I too wasn't sure if the brown was supposed to be the thumb in the previous version, but since her other one shows it wasn't reading that way. But it also doesn't/didn't appear to be part of the sword handle either?

Liking the deepening of the shadows as well.
