Steam now has a weekend deal on Subnautica, calling it the "Ultimate Collection" which seems a bit premature since it's game one and two and they have promised a third. But the bundle also includes soundtracks and is 70% off so if someone wants the games on Steam (instead of Epic or wherever) the two of them are now about 24 Euro.

(Personally I guess I don't need them on Steam as well... )

I can't recall if I paid for the original game or if it was from a give-away but I definitely paid for the subzero one. On Epic. In my anti-Steam days.

I think I broke Skyrim again.

I can't even recall how it all started but one mod needed updating upon which a new version of another file was needed upon which a couple of dll file threw errors etc etc and now I've completely lost track of what I'm doing but I can't open Skyrim because I have the latest versions of everything and they claim I don't have the latest version of everything. I've tried disabling any newer mods I've tried lately but they don't seem to be the ones messing things up... I've also tried updating Skyrim via GOG but it claims both to be the latest version and to fail at updating because it can't connect to the GOG server (which it can for all other intents and purposes just not that one... )



I can always uninstall ALL of the mods and try to install them again, I guess. Though as far as I remember that was a right pain, too, last time I did it...

They probably just got lucky.
But I'm not sure what the woman on the road had to do with anything


Edit: Today GOG is able to update, I guess the server was too busy yesterday evening. But it takes forever.... (at 40% now)
