When I was talking about the tabs in the crafting stations I forgot about the middle one which lets you improve items. I've ignored it until now because there's always a chance that you destroy the item in the process so it's not worth trying on important stuff but today I got a better axe (I make them look like daggers in the Outfit station as I think they look nicer when carrying them but underneath that "disguise" they are indeed axes) so I thought I'd have a go with the one that would be replaced.
It seems like you can increase the chances of success by using more of the improvement material (in this case it was Dwarven Oil) so I got it up to 45% and clicked the button and... it worked!
Then I noticed that I had the material for the next stage too (which was Grain Solvent) so.... Yeah, go on then.
I had enough for 60% chance and clicked the button and... Improved it again!
It now appears with purple text in the Inventory! Which is good... I think.
Also after levelling up those Woodworking AND Metalworking skills I now have access to more materials which means... another four slots in my bank are needed.
It's OK, it's not quite full. I'm up to about 98 out of 110 but even so.
It was only the other day that I paid 20 grand to get it over a hundred.
EDIT: I'm now thinking I should perhaps sell some of the stuff that's over double stacked. It's kind of annoying that they only stack up to 200 and I have a few materials (maple, oak, iron, steel, etc) all with an amount of over 400 which takes up three slots for each of them, and that's not including the slots for Rough/Ore.
Or maybe I should create another character and make them each carry some of it all to spread the burden. *hmm* again.
"Lift with the legs, always the legs." As the guy at the Quartermaster's sometimes says.

Had to do a bit of harvesting today and people kept getting to the nodes just before me.
Apparently everyone had the same idea of going to Dhalmora where there are lots of useful resources around the Wayshrine (and a chest. Shhh. Don't tell anyone.
So I just had to be patient as people dashed in front of me. Especially that woman wearing the helm with the horns. Three times she appeared from nowhere and got to the iron ore before me.
At least she didn't gloat.

So it's still fun for me but the MMO stuff does get annoying with the grind and the inventory and the premium currencies. It would be a much better game without all that.
I've also been back playing Trials Rising recently too, when I give myself time.

But I'd have to find the time to install and play and I struggle to find the minutes to play the stuff I already have installed.
