If you're me you just hoard them to wear and complain about inventory space.

If you want to get rid of them then you can sell them to any merchant or deconstruct them at the station. If they're iron/steel armour then find the Blacksmithing Station and if they're homespun/linen/leather/hide then you'll need a Clothing Station.
Once there you'll be able to deconstruct them and maybe get some resources back or if there's a magnifying glass next to them in the inventory, you'll be able to research the trait that they have.

So when you're looking on the map it's not just the store or merchant you're looking for, you need to find the blacksmithing/clothing "stations" and not the outfit station either as that's for dyeing and changing the appearance of things. :confident:

It's all a bit too complicated.

And in Skyrim all those deleted save files were back again.... Six times deleted and counting... But at least this time I could open the game without deleting them first, which might mean the fix of deleting them while the game is open might actually work. Maybe. I don't have any high hopes.

I'm pretty sure I was at a clothing station today. Didn't try the blacksmithing though, as it was occupied by someone else, I think, and I didn't want to crowd them... But I guess the stations have tabs too and I probably didn't look at the right tabs. :eyeroll:

It is definitely a bit too complicated.
And when it comes to "monsters" or enemies, how do you know what level they are??? I've no idea what to avoid and what I can handle. But I definitely cannot handle five at a time, whatever they are :stare:

Get in there and crowd them.
When you're in an area where everyone's doing the daily crafting jobs the stations are usually packed with five or six people huddled around the tables.
If I remember rightly the tabs on all the stations are: Refining Materials, Construction, Deconstruction, Research and then the final one is for blueprints/diagrams for furniture stuff but that will be empty if you don't have any yet.

Oh, and I think all enemies scale to your own level but mobs are tricky and you'll know when you get a boss by their annoying recurring health bars.

And one other thing... ;)

When you do get around to making something you can ignore the trait section but do make sure you have a style material for each item you want to create (did you mention you were a wood elf? If so then you'll need bone, if not it'll be something different.) You can buy it from the merchant next to the station for 15 gold. It took me a while to work this out and it was quite frustrating.

So there will be bone needed for everything I make (in the wood elf style anyway - but for furniture too? I think the two blueprints I have were for different styles/houses/races/something)? Not the gnawed bones I've been selling, I hope. :stare: (J/K I'm pretty sure that's not the same bone)

If the blueprints are for different styles then you won't be able to make them until you learn that style and for that you'll need to read the required crafting motif books. I ended up buying the basic style books from one of the guild traders and they were a few hundred gold each.

More complexity. Can you find those books in game... well I guess you can if they end up in the guild shops. I haven't visited those - I thought you had to be in that particular guild. And I know there's a 5 guild cap but I don't get if that's player guilds or all guilds, since they have mage's guild and fighter's guild and aedra knows what other guilds for you to join.... Well, laundry time here. And I should pop by dad's too...

You can find the books in the game but they're rare and you usually have to steal/pickpocket them. I found and stole the Nord style book and then soon after realised that you could find them at guild shops so I bought what I could afford of the main race styles. I have a couple of the other books, Primal and Imperial, but I'm not at a high enough level to read them yet. There's an  absurd number  of styles in the game and the higher level ones are very rare and expensive.

I still haven't joined a player guild cos I'd only really want it for trading and some of them seem to come with other commitments in terms of fees and expectations and I have no interest teaming up with them in public dungeons and PvP battles so I've left that alone but even if you haven't joined you can still buy from any of the traders, you just can't sell or use the guild bank options, whatever they are.
And when you buy from a guild trader the goods come as attachments to the player mail from whoever is selling so you have to remember to go claim them from your inbox. :)
