After my usual crafting jobs and endeavours I decided to do one of the prologue sidequests today and it turned out to be much longer that I'd imagined. I went off with that big, giant woman again and she decided we should split up. I don't know where she went but I ended up trailing all over the map again but, unlike the last prologue I did, there wasn't as much fast travelling this time. At least I got some good XP discovering loads of new places, wayshrines and skyshards ... amidst all the fighting.
Finally we meet up again and she says, "I'm surprised we didn't meet with more opposition."
Are you kidding me??
I've been all over the place fighting all kinds of new beasties and baddies and vampires and mages and ... other stuff!
I almost got into big trouble too. After successfully battling my way through many, many people to find... something (no spoilers) I didn't really want to fight my way through another army to get back so I was doing some sneaking and noticed a large group of baddies in a narrow place that I wouldn't be able to creep past in the normal way. So I did the Nightblade shadow cloak thing and made a run for it and... the three second shadowy thing wasn't quite long enough to get out of view and now they're chasing me. And now another group has seen me and if I didn't want to fight the first group I certainly don't want to fight two groups at the same time.
Did I say two groups? There's now three that's aware of me.
Quick. Shadow cloak again.
Hmm, it's not really working now cos they can all see me and I'm surrounded and there's- how many?
I can sort of count at least eleven people chasing me and I certainly can't fight them all off on my own so let's just run but-
I'm in a bit of a mountainous rocky area and there are lots of deathly ledges around so I can't just blindly sprint in any direction and I keep getting hit by some ranged spell from one of those naughty mages.
In the end I saved myself my doing another shadow cloak, sneaking between two large rocks and then doing some "clever" jumping down onto some other safer rocks to leave all that angry army high above me waving their weapons in a frustrated manner.
Bye, now.   And after smugly waving at them I scooted off. 

So now I'm in Riften and I'm over-encumbered so they'd better have a bank there.

There's a spooky mist around and pumpkins everywhere.
And everyone in the chat is saying "+crow" and I don't know what it means.
It's probably some multiplayer event thing.

And my inventory is full again.
Apparently I have nearly 30 Enchanting Glyphs in my pocketses. I don't have enough things to use them on. But maybe they'll come in handy sometime later.
Still haven't finished that tall lady quest either. And I think it's gonna be a two part one as well. I'll have to sell/deconstruct/research/destroy some things first.

Have you seen any crows? Sounds like maybe it would be some sort of "fun effect" that gets real boring and annoying real fast... Guild Wars always have the same type of event things it seems. All the birthday presents for the characters are the same - even though you only need that little "Jenna pet" once on your entire account you get one per character per year... And experience things that I don't want because I prefer to level up by playing. And on events there are these "fun chests" that I never use and sometimes food that can't be eaten until you're level 80... (which only 2 of my characters are)...

I have seen crows. And cauldron and skeletons and ... things.
It's clearly related to the  witches festival  and there is a crow related daily quest in there.
I suspect the chat thing is people asking to join groups to collectively fight ... something for that quest.

As I said before all this MMO stuff is beyond my understanding.

Just strolling back into Davon's Watch after doing two endeavours and there's Scout Gunthe standing there again. No doubt she'll call me "Adventurer" and give me that line about me being the one she seeks.
"Hey!" she says. "Aren't you supposed to be in Riften."

Yes! Yes, I am.
I still haven't finished the quest with the big woman and she's still waiting by the cart. I know!
What I didn't know was that it was your quest as well. Stop moaning at me and I might get it done tomorrow!

Now let me finish my crafting and maybe offload some of these numerous enchanting glyphs that won't stack in the inventory even though they are all very similar.
And +crow to you too.
