The mini dolmens are dark fissures/portals which open up and spawn three baddies plus another boss. And at the moment killing that boss gives you event tickets. There are many other things to kill and do to get the tickets but this particular one is the only one I can get to quickly.

(Similar to Greek, or maybe it's Turkish dolma...)

In English it's a kind of large, stone monument .
And in the game I saw my first one the other day on that long quest with the big woman...
EDIT: And back in Skyrim I took the coach back to Solitude to talk to the housey upgrade chap and there were no dialogue options available for that.
So I went to have a look in Proudspire Manor and I DO have the childrens' room already.
I'm now thinking that you have to keep the two children you adopt in a single house and that's why it would only let me move her to Whiterun. Apparently there's a mod that lets you have multiple adoptions so I might check that out and-

and yeah Nexusmods was down all evening yesterday. It's back now, though.
I have the multiple adoptions mod, in case I'd ever like to adopt anyone, but I think you still need to have them all in one place. So you can adopt up to 6 kids but you need a 6 bed house? I think.

That stupid lout Galmar! He just won't let me report in. It's the exact same spot as before (liberate Hjaalmarch) and I've tried everything I've found. I've slept for 24 hours, I've reloaded an earlier save (even redid the entire previous stage), I've resetactor and resetAI and setstage to both the end of the previous quest and the beginning of this one. The only "fix" I haven't tried is beating Galmar to a pulp and then staying away for ten days. I tried the staying away for ten days last time as well and it didn't work then. Guess fighting is the only option left.
And if that doesn't work? What's the point of even trying to play as a stormcloak?
Edit: I attacked once and then sheated my weapons and he didn't seem upset but also wouldn't let me report in. Then I remembered I was to fight him until he was bleeding out/kneeling so I did and after that he now was a bit upset and tried to kill me so I ran off.
I guess fast travelling is faster than light so time runs backwards?

Edit: Unless you find a way to make him work, that is.
I am considering the possibility that I'd need to do something else first, but I'm not sure what. Game guides say you can be around level 6 for this questline and I'm almost at 16. So it's not that, at least. I've not seen any other stuff mentioned, like having had to see the Greybeards for instance. Although since asking about them is Galmar's top dialogue choice, maybe I should try it. (Was gonna go anyway - I need to do something for 10 days after all, and I've managed to spend two of them so far...)

Anyway, the other day I said something about the online game and its armour. What was it now?
Ah, yes. That was it...
Now I finally have some pauldrons that I don't hate... I still wish you could hide them like you can with your hat...
Well, now I know that you CAN buy that option to hide them using event tickets!
I haven't purchased it but I was chatting with the Impresario's Assistant (I didn't know she even had an assistant until today) and he was selling stuff too, including that.
I'm still not sure what to use my tickets on. I now have 10 (but I still need another four to complete the weekly endeavour of 8. Yes, I had two previously from last week.
There are a couple of flying pets you can get by buying 3 fragments at 5 tickets each and I think I may be able to get to 15 tickets before the event is over but I'd have to commit to spending before being able to get the full 15 seeing as it's more that 12.
I don't know. We'll see.
But speaking of pets I have now got the big-eared cat and it walks just as slow as the vvardvark...

The perfect pet for you, then.
PS - Galmar is Ulfric's right-hand man
