Pretty much the same happened when I went with her last time. I was half a mile down the road and stopped to check everyone was keeping up, and she and whoever my follower was at the time had stopped to take out all the bandits in the tower. That was after running off the road to fight bears or wolves or something. 

Now that the ESO event stuff has stopped harassing me and allowed me to play something else ... I returned to Death Stranding.
And tried to remember where I was.

I'll just carry on delivering for now and hope there isn't a big Voidout somewhere.
And I really should start building roads around here.

It was on the map after all.
Had to turn off all the the markers so that I could see the tiny little symbol and contrary to Deadman's message it wasn't near me at all. It was miles away.
I had to use the Umbrella to get there in time.

Sneak attack for 6 x damage even though the guy could see me and was in the process of hitting me with a sword   Stealth, I don't not think it means what you think it means 

So I brought my new follower Rayya with me to Kilkreath, she got in the line of fire, died, was resurrected and killed me. I'm just gonna give up on followers altogether, I think. I do need a steward for Lakeview in order to buy cows and such, and Hjoromir doesn't seem to be available in spite of all his assurances about being available (as a housecarl, admittedly, but still). Then again he'd probably mess things up.

There isn't much he can get wrong with buying a cow... unless he comes back with some beans of course. I've seen that happen before 

Yeah, he probably would. Or a cat. I could live with that, I suppose. It's not like I ever figured how they get milk from their cows in Skyrim, anyway.

Today I achieved my previously miscalculated level up and got my crown crate reward.

Not my preferred pet choice I must admit but it's better than the trash and maybe the big guy in Daggerfall would like that as I'm not sure he's a fan of all the cats (not even in superhero outfits.)
I was also dealt some garbage too so I traded them in for gems and now I have enough to buy something from the third rank of goodies again. But not yet. I shall wait patiently.

I'm getting close to 3000 seals too. I'd really like 3600 to get the Elden Root Stag mount. That would be lovely for my warden character but I bet it'll disappear from the store before I acquire that amount.

And I finally found that damn treasure. The map was surprisingly unhelpful about the specific position. I was in the right area and it was the right bridge. I just spent faaaaar too long searching on the wrong side near the wrong tree.

I sometimes have to hunt Guar with this character for their white meat so I don't think he'll be very happy following her around.
