Well, I did keep working on the flowers and even reshaped most of them to create some variety of shapes. I was thinking they were quite bland, and maybe causing the issues I was having with them. I also did some more on the rest and think I'm going to call her done.

I was thinking she looked like a Mae to me, and the wife said she was thinking maybe, Molly. So I simply called her Molly-Mae.

Fooled around with another idea this morning. Not sure I'm liking the wings, might go with something more feathery.

I wouldn't worry too much about the wings just yet. I think either option will work and once you get some colours in the body then the decision will be easier to make.

Thanks, Valence. The bat-type wing didn't seem to be fitting to me, so just replaced it with a feathered wing. I think it fits better and even gives it a better feel. (At least to me?

Roughed in some tones just to give it some depth...

The layering of those feathers is excellent. It adds a sense of texture, depth and dimension to the creature.
It looks very convincing already.

Haha.. Funny you say that. When I zoomed out the other night, my first thought was damn, it looks like a gargoyle.
