My what a charming smile

It might be on purpose or unimportant but if his hair had been attached to skin rather than skull, it would not go quite that far down his forehead. Just a thought :)

Another update...



EDIT: Actually posted it without the adjustment, so it's deeper colored, and darker than the original. This one should be correct.

The bone texture looks really good. That area above the teeth looks very convincing.

Are you gonna add some text to that scroll at the bottom?

Yeah, but not sure what just yet. I was trying out the scroll to see if it would work. Also wanted to expand the canvas up some and needed another element for this. ... I used to do a lot of scroll type stuff in my sketches, and I like to add a lot of tears, cracks, etc. So it will get worked up some more.
