I think I will call this done now. I forgot that her eye is actually pupil-less, so that's been rectified. Plus I altered her far eye a little to help correct the form problems. Hopefully it all works now.

I was fishing through my IFX mags and found the very first one I bought. In it there was a workshop wherein the artist revisited an old sketch that she wanted to give another crack of the whip.
I found an old sketch too and I would like to give it another go! Here's the original sketch and the work I have been doing on it to try and improve on it. I know that there are quite a few issues with it, but I plan on overcoming them as the painting develops.
Comments would always be welcome!

Always fun to see or do an old painting makeover. My two first thoughts on this one (besides ooooh it's steampunk) is that it's hard to tell where one of her legs is - I finally figured it's bent, but since we see basically nothing of the thigh it's hard to make out (more so because some of her outfit is "strange" and therefore we don't know what to expect) - and that I would never ever advice anyone to lean their chin on their weapon like that.... 
Does she have a death wish? Other than that, it's looking cool and promising!
