Yeah, you're right Charlotte. There are some horrible problems with this! I drew it a long time ago when I first started to try digital art. I think I drew it on GIMP and mainly used the smudge tool! (It's is much better as an art tool than it is in PS in my opinion.)

The drawing was based on a picture someone gave me. She was wearing this headgear herself and looked awesome!! I think it was the first time that I had ever seen cosplay... plus the girl was a fox!! Everybody wins!!

Everything's on the right!!!

The lady came out nice. And agree with Charlotte on the new one, on both issues pointed out.

Been gnawing away at this piece. Hopefully the anatomy reads better now, but please let me know if you spot something that needs looking at.

The standing leg is close to the finished rendering that I plan for the skin. Plus, I am playing around with the idea of tattoos. Admittedly though, I personally find tattoos tacky and distasteful, so I am undecided as yet. Feedback is very welcome on the subject!

As Charlotte pointed out, having the barrel of the gun right under her chin doesn't necessarily present the most responsible of stances, so I will be moving the barrel way up past her head! Thanks Charlotte!!

Hey Dom ^^ I really dig the design, I like it.
I think you could try tilt her right elbow a bit down, that way it could look like a more natural pose for the arm. Thats my only comment, hope it helps! Keep it coming ;D

Looking good Dom! I think the positioning of her right hand under her chin is a bit awkwardly placed. Looking forward to more!

Thanks Crank. When the gun is in the hand may make more sense... hopefully!

I'm a bit board with that one now, so I have found another sketch I started for an old challenge. I thought I would take another stab at this one too as my confidence with hard edged stuff is sky high at the moment thanks to my recent Optimus Prime painting!

It is a cyberpunk Repunzel! Or at least it will be!! I am playing around with shapes and have done a bit of work on her legs already. Any feedback would be most welcome!

Nice start. The work on the legs have really pulled them out front at the moment. I'm sure it will read better once you work up the rest and make the hip/buttocks connection. Also liking her mid-section as well. Look forward to seeing it come together.

Thanks Dave! I have done a bit more. Corrected some of the perspective problems and made things a bit more machine-like hopefully.

The spine is a work in progress, but it gives an idea of what I am trying to do.

It's taking me ages to progress because of how careful I am having to be to get all the edges crisp and clean. I'm learning a lot though!

Dom I am really liking the girl that looks like storm! Her hair looks great and her expression is very mellow which is cool, overall think you did an awesome job :woohoo:

Cosplaygirl is coming along great, the pose is interesting, the anatomy looks sound to me, can't spot any problems, although I would be careful with the veins in her left arm, unless she works out ! Repunzel's armour is looking great, you do a great job with metal, the shading and lighting on her legs looks realistic

Awesome start! A bit hard to understand what's going on but the textures look bang on! Like as if they're actually made out if metal. Don't forget to move her up a bit to avoid the tangents formed from the bottom edges.
