I've just realised that he looks like Leonardo Dicaprio

"Hey, I'm much better looking than that Leo jerk with my massive hands and my weird stretchy tattoos!"

Thanks, now he looks like Leonardo Dicaprio in focus.

Just spent a few moments softening the weight painting to stop those freakish stretchy chest muscles.
And the extra bone brows work... I think. :dumb:
So the hairy brows will stay. I have also added two shape keys for blinking and a bit of a goofy smile. Finally I tried animating him breathing by just scaling that middle torso bone across the Z plane and it would have looked really good... if it didn't scale the metal ring too.

I'm not sure he'll be able to breath in the final picture anyway. Also, to survive a sand storm it might be wise not to breath. (Maybe your orc is better at surviving than Mad Max...) :dumb:

Did a bit of posing with the axe today and annoyingly that nice wood texture that I recently made for the handle wouldn't stick to the damn handle. :shakefist:
Had to go immediately watch several videos about texture baking and it finally does stick but it is now a UV thing rather than a procedural thing. :eyeroll:

Uhm so it was pesky for sticking exactly where it should be sticking?

Yes! :stare: Sort of.

*edits typo in previous comment so that it makes sense now*
"Wood" stick, "would" stick, "wouldn't" stick. It's easy to get confused.

Because it was a procedural texture the handle did stay "textured" but the pattern changed every time you moved it. Which isn't ideal. :nope:

I'm now watching videos on IK targeting to make the act of posing a little less robotic. :)
