Oh, she's not a character.
She's a  singer  who does lots of video game covers and wrote some of the songs in ESO. Whenever you see a discussion on the internet about the bard songs people always say that Malukah is the best one but despite all my hours of playing I haven't heard her in the game until this week.

...and I wish Sky Haven Temple had another entrance. It's tiresome having to go through Karthspire every time past all those puzzles that I solved.
And where is everybody? The place is empty. Even Uthgerd is nowhere to be seen and I'm sure I left her here.

EDIT: Never mind. All the important people are outside on that upper ledge and Max Von Sydow is talking about a dream. I'm sure he'll shut up in a minute so I can speak to him. I should be more patient.
And Uthgerd has appeared inside. I knew I hadn't imagined bringing her here.
