I never cared for the movie myself, so wasn't the least bit interested in the series. ... But on a side note, I was just called and informed someone who tested positive for Covid, also informed them he was around me on Monday.  He was actually in my office for nearly two hours, while I helped him with some request he wasn't sure about, and then assigning him a bunch more work. But he did have a mask on and was mostly sitting across the office from me near the door.

If I get this crap back to back, I'm going to be pissed...

I have now finished Willow. And I didn't think it was atrocious (although Banj would probably stick with that opinion) it was just a little too cheesy and flippant in that Young Adult way. Sometimes you just have to accept that you're not the target audience anymore.

But one thing that did really bug me was the use of anachronistic, inappropriate pop music. The final episode even ended with Money For Nothing by Dire Straits?!
A medieval style fantasy show with a song about guys installing microwave ovens and colour TVs? Really??

I have finished Moon Knight and it became somewhat less interesting in the final episodes. But I mostly enjoyed it until the big hippo appeared.

I finished watching season three of The Orville last night and just like the previous seasons I didn't really enjoy it that much. The humour continues to be juvenile, the drama doesn't really work due to the fact that you don't care enough about the "comedy" characters and Seth MacFarlane's eternal smugness exposes the whole thing as his own big vanity project. And if Gordon picks up that acoustic guitar to give us one more song then I'll... I'll... erm... watch something else.

And speaking of watching something else, I may start on The Last Of Us tonight even though I may not get to finish it. The final episode is scheduled for the day that that particular subscription runs out for me and at this early stage I'm not sure if it will let me squeeze it in before it disappears.
Well, I know how the game ends so...
