Embark Studios is a Swedish game studio. The above is an early access sandbox thing where players are supposed to be able to create their own content.
I'm still undecided, though. For one thing I don't play or care for playing a single one of the "creative" games they have listed (though you can add "other") and for another I'm not sure how much time I'm willing to spend on something unpaid that may or may not be enjoyable....
And it's MMO, btw. I don't mind but I know you guys usually do.

More like it needs an objective of some kind to keep my interest. Creative sandboxy games are often fairly entertaining up to a point and then rapidly become quite boring.
I suspect they have more of an objective than that, in the end, but as I understand it, their objective is to build a sort of tool/enabling community rather than an actual game. And then the users will be able to provide new objectives for each other, I guess. But for now, it's probably just trial and error and sand-boxing.
I just ended up on that page when I got a bit bored with work and looked for job ads. They wanted graphics artists so I read on, not that I'm eligible or anything... But then I came across this info on their website. I liked Cybertown back in the day because I could contribute material, and I liked Aywas for the same reason. So I'm thinking I might find it enjoyable to be a part of it from early on. Maybe.

I just wish I had the time and patience to do the game-making thing again with all the tools that are available these days, but now it's hard enough trying to do a single Blender scene in a month.
And then the headaches kick in.
Yeah... The form asks how many hours you spend on those "creative games" and I'm kind of worried that if you're honest and say "too many hours in a day" they'll expect you to spend ALL that time on their project....

I wish people wouldn't leave vehicles in the road.
I just had to swerve wildly to avoid a bike and then just as I hit the boost again this looms before me...
Then I stopped to pick up/drop off some stuff and realised I'd done it too.
Sorry.
And I had to use my hands coming back up the hill...
...should have taken the bike down there really.
Anyway, in another game....
Man-about-the-house has arrived.
The three horkers saw him before I did. I was just starting to complain to Borgakh when I heard them shuffling about as he walked past.
