Of course after ranting about it, and after an accident where Merlin was spooked by something unknown and did one of his vertical jumps landing on the keyboard (and my hand) and preventing one attempt at the puzzle, I then managed to time it perfectly and get all the way to where I was going and although the guide I had to use is only a month old, it didn't look quite like it did in the guide screenshot. And there was a fairly large yellow egg one could not reach (all the others were smaller and blue). And then I got to the next part of the quest only to find it is broken and people have been waiting for a fix for over a month.

(The game is in beta, so I guess bugs are to be expected but this one seems like they could at least have prevented from happening ages ago, even if they haven't figured out how to fix it for those who are already stuck...)

Edit: And now I am ging to have to see if one of the characters involved can be in two places at once, as he is involved in another of my quests as well. (I do know Hodari tends to be on both sides of a mountain pass at the same time - you usually meet him walking towards the village when you head to the pass and then you meet him again when you load on the other side...)

So the cat completed the puzzle for you because it understands jumping better than you

Yes, I remember those big, manic, confusing fights.
And speaking of such things...
I defeated a World Boss in ESO!!
Not on my own of course.
And actually... I'm not that sure how much damage I was doing in all the chaos.

I didn't plan on any of this. I was doing some Thieves' Guild stuff for event tickets and got sent to pick up a necklace and some pearls... or something. And it all revolved around a specific area. I'd ridden through this area the other day on my way to other things and noted that lots of people were waiting around here so I knew something was going on. And sure enough, now that I had to stay around here looking for stuff the big baddie did indeed appear.
Carnage ensued as I didn't know what I was supposed to be doing or who I was supposed to be attacking in the middle of the big crowd.
The first time it was all over without me even hitting anything.
And I couldn't find any of the stuff I was looking for.
I returned a bit later when it spawned again and this time I got in there with my blades!
I killed at least two of the circling mob and found myself right next to the boss and dived in with my favourite bloodthirst flurry attack and my spinny tornado thing and even landed an ultimate! I forget what it's called. Deathstroke or something.
And the three bar boss is dead. Victory!
And I must have done something cos this time I got loot! And plenty of it. So many nice bits of clothing.
But none of those pearls that I'm looking for.

I skulked off to a safe place and then googled.
The pearls are dropped by the snake-like Lamia things around the area, not the big world boss.

And now my free trial is ended.
I'd better start going to the bank again.

I have managed to gather around 6-8 flow infused lumber... Once, I told people were the tree was and while I waited for anyone to come around, another guy started chopping, so I had to start too because he had a better axe than I did and I couldn't let him get all of the loot I thought that was rude of him, even if I don't care to be social either. I also alerted people to one tree which was too big for me, so... I couldn't get anything for myself. Oh well.

And I finally scraped together enough gold to get a new inventory extension. 8 more spaces! yay. Next one is 25,000. Then again, it's better than the 50,000 I expected.

And that's just wood. Don't ask about metal.

500 maple would be 5 slots of my currently 32 total... But I try to put in in my home storage whenever all the slots are used up even if some only hold one or two items. My home storage is currently up to 2400 items, so I guess all that wood of yours would need a fair number of storage chests as well. (400 slots in each but here the slots are total number of items, stacked or not.)

I still only have one 30 slot chest.
The "Inventory slot" system is a really flawed way to do these things. It's absurd that a stack of 200 planks of wood takes up the same amount of "space" as a sheet of paper. And it's that that hinders me so much in ESO. The majority of my inventory is just survey maps and enchanting glyphs that don't stack at all.

And with my free trial ending sooner than I'd like it seems I'll miss out on another two event tickets, unless I can still sneak in to Hew's Bane to do another daily (I haven't tried yet. )
Of course I could still get the remaining two tickets in the Imperial City but... you know... PvP.
