Gaming

My mage has finally joined the Psijic Order after an enormous amount of travelling. It was quite exhausting. And mostly a waste of two days, it seems. I have unlocked the Skill Line but apparently those timey-wimey spells are locked behind the increasing ranks of the Order rather than levelling by use so I won't be able to get that far during the free trial anyway.
At least I got some loot and a talking "Australian" skull.

I'm sure there will be more free trials so you can continue the journey on those occasions.

In Palia they do keep encouraging everyone to be social, but as usual I have tried to stay solo. Turns out that the "magic" of the world can only be harvested together with others. Let's see if the game survives this

(and yes I am at home from work. Had a terrible headache last night - somewhat better now, though)

Did you HAVE to cooperate in WoW? I only ever played up to level 20...
In GW2 you can't take down Champion enemies on your own, or at least I couldn't, or dragons... but you never really had to talk to people to do it together. Then again they do have dungeons where you also should be a group, but it's not like you can't play the game without them.

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna need "flow" (magic) at some point for some thing.... Though I can probably just fart along without it for the time being. Currently I'm trying to catch fish in the sky for an extinct mythical bird. Or something.

World of Warcraft is called World of Warcraft. It'll be 20 years old in November. That is pretty much most of my knowledge of it right there. Oh, there's Orcs...

All the Palia guides keep saying to fast travel here and there but I've no idea HOW. Maybe I should google that too. All I know to do is run faster (or walk slow) by pressing shift (and ctrl respectively).

Did I ever mention how much I hate jumping puzzles?

(Also googled fast travel and basically they mean 1 - the way you can return to your home directly from anywhere every 30 minutes and 2 - the "innovative" way you can travel from a stable to anywhere you want, for a small fee; basically the opposite of GW2 waypoints and I'm sure both varieties exist in a multitude of games, already...)

No, I don't believe you have mentioned that you hate jumping puzzles until now. Maybe just solve the puzzles instead of jumping them
