Every* time I search for something regarding Palia, I accidentally close the whole browser when I want to return to the game

I can still Scry even though my free trial is long gone.
I don't think you're supposed to be able to do it cos that part of the journal is locked again but you can still get to all the options through the map and today I dug up some more treasures in Betnikh while killing some insects.
And then sold them immediately.
I imagine more useful things may be found much, much later.

Palia still only has two main areas, Kilima village and Bahari Bay (which is basically part of Kilima I think, as the three people who live there count as Kilima villagers...) I think I might have found all the treasure chests in Kilima village, but I'm not sure. I did find the 7 "winterlight" ones. but apart from those there should be 20 more. And counting from when I got the 12 chests found achievement, I think I should have found 17 or 18 but when I look at the guides of where they are found, I seem to have been everywhere. Granted some treasures and items don't show until you've found something else first... Yesterday I was chasing some ancient tablets i Bahari Bay and they definetily showed up in places I'd already been. But you had to find them in order - and at the end you get another treasure chest. There are several such puzzles in Palia. (But I don't think I've missed any in Kilima - in Bahari Bay there are supposedly 34 chests and I haven't found nearly as many, there.)

I'm starting to get used to harvesting Palium (ore) and Flow trees with others, too. But I'm still a long way from all the ore and lumber I need for that one quest. It's kind of an absurd intro to a rare resource. "It's hard to find but you'll need 55 ore and 65 lumber and I haven't counted the amounts of silk to make this furniture and then you need to make the furniture too, because the resident carpenter is uh... I dunno... not busy?" She "needs your help" so you get to do the whole thing... (Well, she says she developed the designs...)

Oh and one thing that makes little sense - this furniture is for a "watcher" from "the order" who's coming to the village to oversee the re-emergence of humans. The Order is kind of policing the use of "flow" or magic, so we make furniture for them, based on flow infused materials? Would we even be allowed to use those materials???

Nobody knows. I appeared in some sort of pink smoke, and the Majiri or whatsits have all sorts of theories. They've built their villages on top of human ruins, basically. Humans used "flow" as a kind of energy source but it seems it became unstable and their world was destroyed and humans were thought to be extinct. Except by Elouisa who's certain we've all lived underground because we're allergic to sunlight. She's a conspiracy nut.

As if, me, ever.

No, I needed to cut the flow tree lumber into planks, each plank takes 4 minutes and I needed 20 planks, so 80 minutes. But somehow I just expected it to "be a few minutes", before I did the actual math.

I had to wait too!
ESO was so busy and crowded today that I had to queue to log in.

It said the estimated wait time was 1 second.
And it actually took 3 seconds!

My reward for getting all the wood and ore and silk I needed and making those furniture thingies, was another quest where I had to buy a bunch of ingredients because you can't make them or find them yourself (just in-game money, though). And I needed a spice I hadn't been able to grow up until then so it'll probably take several in game days to grow that before I can cook the dishes needed. While the person who was supposed to cook the dishes goes off to see his friends.

But I did buy two more rooms for my house Or, rather, one room and one small hallway that'll eventually lead to another room... But once the bigger room is done I can make it my kitchen and hopefully it won't end up too small (Some recipes need two of the same "stations" for some reason... Hopefully none of them will need three...)
