And while in Solitude I had a little looky-loo inside Proudspire Manor.
Felt very familiar going in there.
Too rich for me in this game though.
Over a million gold.
I then did my first Scrying/Excavating and I think I understand it now. Maybe.
I was surprised how many other people I saw using their Antiquarian Eye. I'd never seen that before today so I don't know if it's cos I just never paid attention before or if it's cos everyone else is also just doing it during the free trial.

Any an all misspellings are henceforth blamed on the cats.
It's probably the free trial
And I was going to say you must have a mod for Proudspire because it doesn't look like that to me, and then I realised you were in ESO again...
I've kept gathering and crafting in Palia and my first house (1 room) is now built. Expanding looks like it'll be really expensive, though
I currently have 1000 gold on hand and I think expanding your plot by a small amount will be 50k each (plus the cost of the building expansion). I bought extra backpack inventory for 500 gold recently and next expansion is 5000. I also looked up clothing and the Palia coins (the currency you can purchase with real money). There is a bunch of starter clothing that is unlocked to begin with but it looks like ALL locked clothing items cost Palia coins and those coins can ONLY be acquired through purchasing with real money. I didn't check what the current prices are but a 5 month old reddit discussion said one outfit was 20 dollars...
So, yeah, I'll stick with the boringer starter pack, thank you.
At least you can easily build a bunch of storage chests for your home that stores 400 units each. (And you access all, though one, so no need to sort stuff - I have 2 chests so 800 slots, but unfortunately I will very soon need another chest...)

When you visit a certain farm in Palia there's a guy who hands you a carrot and tells you to feed it to sugarfoot, which I assumed was one of the yak looking animals around him. I finally googled how to feed them the carrot and it turns out Sugarfoot is an animal that hasn't actually been added into the game yet.
I guess I don't need to feel bad for accidentally eating the carrot while trying to feed it to the ormuus.
Funnily enough I later got a letter of thanks from the same guy; apparently me not actually meeting Sugarfoot made Sugarfoot feel so much better. I think I got some sort of gift, too, but if I did I have forgotten what it was.

I am trying (trying) to get my Mage character to join the Psijic Order to get those magicky time skills but it's such a long series of quests to get there through Summerset and then on to Arteum through countless numbers of portals in that weird tower and then back to somewhere else.
Been at it a few hours and I still haven't done it yet, I haven't even got the Augur Of The Obscure, but at least I've had the occasional wit of Razum-Dar to entertain me along the way. He was in the previous area too before I left. He certainly gets around Tamriel quicker than I do. Then again, he probably doesn't walk.
Shimmerene is a nice looking place though.
Will have to see if I can find that boat tomorrow to take me to... wherever I need to go next. Maybe Razum-Dar will be there to meet me again.

"M'aiq can travel fast across the land. Some lazy types take carriages. It is all the same to M'aiq."He certainly gets around Tamriel quicker than I do. Then again, he probably doesn't walk.
