Then realised that if I'd refined my iron ore first I could have made a better dagger for myself.
Then tried to make another one and was told I couldn't make anything at all despite having enough ingots.
*goes away to google*
Apparently I only had one chunk of the stuff I need for the only style I know at the moment (Obsidian for the Dark Elf style) Will have to buy another bit of that first.
All the crafting stuff is so much more complicated that I'm used to.
Oh, and I only saw one of those fox mounts in town. People aren't as unimaginative as I thought. Unlike me.

It took an eternity of sneaking and separating baddies (AND a floaty ghosty!
EDIT: And back in ESO... I found someone else who was walking!
I wanted to go up to them and give them a thumbs-up or a wave or something. But I didn't.
However I did eventually make that dagger for myself (after learning how to do it properly) and enchanted it too.
Also I lockpicked a chest!
I actually saw two outdoor chests that I got to have a go on. Usually I only notice them while someone else is looting them and then they disappear after they get looted but today I saw one after chucking some eggs at lots of baddies. I crouched down and started prodding away as the timer counted down and... I messed up the last pin and broke a pick.
I did have more and was ready to try again but then noticed that there was someone else stood next to me and there is apparently some kind of etiquette that goes with the respawning chests and having failed my attempt I thought it'd be a bit rude to have another go so I let the other guy have it.
But moments later I saw another one. Now concentrate!
Picked it. Looted it.
Then as I made my way down the little slope back to the path I saw loads of people rushing past me to go up there and I'm pretty sure they were looking for that chest. Too late.

No worries, it's as simple as right clicking the mesh in nifskope and choosing havoc and.... hold on, that's not even an option? And there are the "do this with onely nifskope and blender" tutorials who soon tell you that you need even more programs. Or the ones who tell you you CAN do it in blender but neglects to mention how, exactly.
So I made a square basket out of one of those flower basket things since there's two of them (one with a collision block in it and one you can put things in). I probably should have worked with the one you CAN put things in and then replaced the other one with the new nif? Maybe?
Anyway, I think the person who redid the baskets in the first place must have made a mistake because when I changed the one basket's texture, the other basket's texture also changed. Even though there are two almost identical textures for them, included in the mod....
Well, I figured out how to change the normal map texture so maybe I can figure out how to fix that texture back to the right one?
Basket!
