I'm pretty sure the page I read about him had a name for him even if I already forgot it. So no, I don't think he's Ragnar although that would have been more fun. And his destination was a cemetery somewhere I'd never heard of yet.

Compared to my Skyrim character I'm feeling quite pathetic today. After I'd done all my errands I stopped by at my dad's to deliver some bread, and when I left he joked about how I should drive carefully the short road home from there. Whereupon I immediately manged to trip over my own feet and fall on my face on my way to the car.

I whimpering limped back to the car and kept whimpering while driving. Remembering how Lydia keeps saying "it's just a scratch" whenever she gets injured.

But it STILL hurts, so there.
(My left knee is starting to look a little "mottled" in colour, and I have a bruise in the "knee" of my right thumb. I think that's a first, for me... )

It seems like I've been waiting for those for too long. It didn't help that I got the fire arrows in Assassin's Creed Origins earlier and for a while that made me think I had them in other games too.
Now if only she had the breather too, which I've already got in Jedi Fallen Order.

Around nine I considered going to bed early. I was just going to finish looting that place
Two hours later I'm finished, in spite of fast travelling back and forth. No dragons interfered, even. But there were many things to look through and books to "read". And loads of ruined books. Dunno what those people used them for Shameful

Well pfft, I cleared out another fort, spent ages sorting through the loot and leaving behind the least valuable stuff, and came back to Riften 5 past 8 in the evening. Everyone was leaving the market.

And I need to make more health potions now. Gone are the times I always seemed to have a decent supply on hand...

But, on the plus side, no dragons spotted today. And I could ride the horses from Riften
I rode straight into a bunch of trolls. But I did ride away from there too. And found a cave... with a note and... should I bother going back to salvage all those bottles... probably not, as I don't tend to drink much...

Well I've just arrived back in Riften for the zillionth time and... I've just discovered there's an alchemist's shop down on that lower level.
So I went in and had a chat.
Actually I really went in to buy something but they didn't have it.



But I got some more collecting quests from them and I think I might be able to grow some of that stuff back at lakeview in my greenhouse and garden. Planting Time!

All of that occurred after a rather long search for a certain missing chap which took me through several dungeons and caves in the area including some populated by those damn Chaurus things. If you don't like those delayed poisoned deaths then stay away from them.
At one point after successfully killing one my health was still rapidly shrinking before my eyes and then a high level Falmer Warmonger jumped down with some manic Chain Lightning!
Swallow the damn potion quick!

At least I've got lots of chaurus eggs. I've been collecting them recently after some potion experiments.

I haven't come across any chauruses yet. But I did find the alchemist store on my first visit to Riften... I also vaguely recall seeing fire salts somewhere recently, but it might have been loot rather than for sale... maybe. I hardly ever buy anything, I just sell stuff
