Wulf, son of Bjorn, crafted a Karve. A boat of great speed with which he intended to conquer the oceans that lay beyond his home. One night the base was attacked by many enemies as if the woods themselves came alive to challenge him. He fought them off bravely, but alas he discovered his beautiful boat destroyed and the pieces lay on the sea bed out of reach, for in Valheim no-one can dive below the waters surface.
Undeterred, Wulf braved the dangers of the Black Forrest and gathered more ore. He worked the fiery forge to craft yet more bronze nails, and constructed another Karve. A boat of great speed with which he would discover new lands, and finally meet The Elder he knew lay to the west. Wulf readied himself for the long arduous journey ahead and set sail, heading west hugging the coastline. After many hours of travel the land curved to the north. He followed on along the new stretch of coastline which eventually turned eastward. A great storm rose up and Thor himself threw lightning at the oceans in anger. Wulf used his mighty strength to steer the boat through the towering waves turning away from the land as it appeared ahead through the rain soaked winds, turning... south. Wulf came to the realisation that he was headed home. Sure enough there it was in the distance. Wulf drove the boat up on the shore and took an axe to it collecting the remnants of the once fine boat.
Curse you Odin... or was it Loki?
