The credits...
Have they finished?
Are they still going??
It's been over 16 hours now. Surely it must be done.

I... have finished Death Stranding.
And there was another cut scene after the second credits.



Also I should point out that the battery in my controller ran down while I sat through all those cut scenes/credits.
I'm not quite sure about that ending. It reminded me a bit of Mad Max in how it involved a choice but didn't give the player the option to choose and in both games I thought the other option would have been a more powerful story. And that sequence where greyscale Sam walked aimlessly through credits was easily the worst part of the game and felt like they were just wasting my time which is my biggest pet peeve in gaming.

But overall I really enjoyed it and it will definitely go down as one of my favourite games. And now that I'm left with the free exploring end state of the world I will do a few of the deliveries I missed.
Oh, and I have to finally go to the Torii Gate.

I was expecting you to come back and say your power went off due to the weather and you now have to do that all over again 

Yeah, I did get reset a few times. If you got too far away from that initial point then it would play an animation and then put you back there, but the "progression" seemed to be time-based for me. When you'd been walking for a certain amount of time it then activated a different "Sam is tired" cut scene where he sits down and then floaty hair lady gives you some confusing exposition.

I realise the whole game is about walking around but for the rest of the game it all had a purpose and deeper meaning to it whereas this just felt like a way to force you to see all of the credits before it would force you to see them all again later.
It was.. an odd decision.

Yeah, I think the conclusion of the game is the worst thing about it, otherwise it was pretty great. Maybe they were thinking that by the time the credits ended they would have finished the sequel and you could go straight into playing that

Those minimum specs are nonsense. 2000 hamster brians is significantly more powerful than a GTX 660 

Maybe, but do they understand the importance of good graphics?
