I think cats mark territory in space AND time :aha:
"This is my poo plot between 8 and 9 am"

Also, I do see a road there in the back. Maybe you need to send your GPS for service.

I'd like to see a cat try and do anything outside of time, but I wouldn't be able to as seeing also requires time

After once again trying to understand how Skyrim character faces are put together and still not understandiing exactly where nosetypes etc are located while on the other hand learning that any change in appearance (as well as when creating new NPCs I think) results in the need to redo the characters facegen. So basically, if I was to actually learn to make changes to hair or even new hairdos, which I'd kind of like to do, I would have to regenerate the facegen for every NPC who uses that hair. And with a total of about 3000 NPCs (mods not included) I decided to look around for mods where the work was already done. Again. I used some appearance changing mods before but most of them just enable changes for yourself, not the NPCs.

Anyway, long story short, I found a hair mod where someone actually HAD regenerated all the heads of all 3000 NPCs (excluding children). So now I'm just playing around with my own NPC changes using that hair. Though I suspect that if I change anything like face dirt or tattoos/warpaint I'd need to redo the facegens, too... But at least I think one can change eye textures without changing the facegens. I'm not entirely sure.

Anyway again, my first test subject (technically Lydia was first but those changes were deleted again):

Wulf began to suspect that he may need a bigger house.

Or more capacity in each of those storage chests...

I was planning to play some Skyrim but instead I started on yet another mod. So far I think I've only done things that'll work without issue. Hopefully. But I think I might want to change a few architectural items and well... That's where it'll get tricky I guess. I haven't tried it in game yet, because it's Lakeview and while I've just moved things around and added a few bits and bobs, I haven't built the things that would be altered, yet. I was gonna go buy some lumber today...

My NPC make-over is "done" for now, as I couldn't think of more NPCs I wanted to alter. I checked google for which ones other people thought ugly, but apart from "old and wrinkly" apparently being terrible, they didn't really mention that many I felt a need to change. I guess I'll fix 'em as I come across 'em, if I feel I need to.

I made Delphine look a bit older, and removed Farengar's terrible drumsticks as well as gave Fihada black hair instead of that weird looking blonde. I also made some minor changes to Ancano (mainly a smaller overbite) and that cannibal guy in Markarth (larger chin) as well as Silda (less square face and a smaller underbite). All in all maybe 10 peeps or so. I reduced the make up of Camilla and Lydia because I always thought they had a bit much of that going on.

Oh drat, I just realised I forgot that elf that runs the brewery for Maven in Riften. His nose is terrible. Well, guess I'll fix that tomorrow... :sleepy:

I'd love more storage capacity, each of those only allows 8 stacks/items, and I have another 17 or so outside and some more just out of shot in that screengrab. I can't craft the larger chests yet   It might take a while given the nightmarish nonsense I went through when I visited the swamp. The swamp seems to have been buffed since I last played the game

I think I'll stick with the Skyrim Swamps - they only have spiders and mudcrabs. And the occasional chaurus. And necromancers. Maybe vampires... Plus dragon attacks of course.

Drat.

I need to remember to make proper saves sometimes and not just quicksaves. For instance before buying a house I then decide to mod. Because now only some parts of the mod works... (basically, everything I added new is where it should be, but everything that was added before I made the mod remains where it was.... so some things overlap, for instance... - and I have no way to go back to before I bought something. I think... Maybe I can fix it via console. Or start yet another game :eyeroll:

For now it's bedtime, though.
And if what I have done works (on a new save so to speak) I am finished with my exterior changes at least.
