I managed to make it back to my bed before midnight. 

 

Thankfully paying for the damage was enough for me to be allowed back into the room. For today at least. I'll have to continue begging and searching for more coins tomorrow if I want to pay the rent for a second day. Overall my partner didn't seem too impressed with the progress of my first day of investigating but he seemed quite encouraging about what we could do tomorrow and I agree. Now that I know my way around a little better maybe I will get to speak to the Union leader before it gets too late in the day.
But I need a sleep now.
A quiet peaceful sleep...

Not too long ago I dreamt that I was asleep and dreamt and woke up and told my sis and cousin about the dream before I woke up again... That wasn't in a game world, though...

I was feeling a bit too tired and bored to do anything in particular so I thought I'd try Once Human again, but apparently it needs to update. A lot. Or just very slowly.



Edit: Seems it doesn't want to do that download... it keeps aborting. 

Maybe I'll just go to bed.

Why must GTA force me to install the Rockstar Launcher every time I play?
And why does the launcher have to get worse each time?
And it still doesn't remember me.
*tries to find where I've written down the password*
And now it wants to install another launcher for some online anticheat software even though I never play the online game.
*time passes*

Yay.
Finally I can get around to playing the game again.

And I seem to be having a problem starting the next mission.
I go to the right place on the map but nothing is happening.
In the end I gave up and switched to Trevor to do a bike race.

After a bit of a Google it appears that I should have waited longer at a specific place in Franklin's house to trigger the mission.
I shall try to remember that next time ... after I've waited for the launcher to install again.

Aw, Trevor. That was the name of my Halloween themed butler in Cybertown...
He was a bit green, if I recall correctly.
