Yes I've been having sleepy extra episodes too as I briefly fall asleep just before one ends, open my eyes after the next one starts and then wonder why this "one" episode is twice as long as it should be.

...and I missed something really important during that very short nap so I had to go back and rewatch bits of previous episodes.

But did you fall asleep between seasons?

You're just not sleepy enough.

I am now watching The Tomorrow War, which started with the most unconvincing football match since that time Sylvester Stallone tried to be a goalie.
It can only improve.
Hopefully.

Edit. ..and that wasn't too bad. It was a little video-gamey at times,  some of the action scenes felt like missions I remember playing through, and some of the time travel nonsense doesn't stand up to scrutiny ( it took the characters a long while to work out some very obvious things) but it was reasonably entertaining if you stay awake.
