I do that as well, in fact I did it a few minutes ago. As the almost kind of soon to be leader of the thieves guild, I consider any thief that get caught and hunted down as fair game for getting caught and hunted down. I also just dealt with getting Vald's debt removed despite him being dead for a good few weeks or months due to... ahem, suspicious circumstances 

I still have not killed the orphanage woman as other things occurred on the way. Many times 

One of my characters had some sort of paper regarding Vald's debt but I never got around to looking him up. Not sure which of the characters either... Well, after a TV break it's back to trying to get that one error message to go away.

Vald is the big dude guarding Mercer's house. I killed him when I had to break in to the house instead of clearing his debt with Maven which means I'm probably going to be carrying this letter around forever 

Oh I think I killed him too, once. But maybe it was a different character than the one who cleared his debt...

The fools in Riften have made me Tharl. Little do they suspect I am like a pointy eared Vito Corleone   

Tharl, huh? Is that similar to Charl?

That reminds me I've forgotten to google if I can change that.
And my mods are still annoying. I really don't get why things worked on the old laptop and now they don't (or rather, they look different - like skin textures that give visible seams on arms and legs now but didn't before - it's kind of annoying watching people go about their every day business with like a millimeter of arm missing).

But maybe I'll just ignore all that, oh and the hair reduction mod that doesn't seem to be working either, since I suddenly had 909 hairs to choose from anyway, as I was saying, I should ignore all that and maybe just get to PLAY some...

Can I change my user account name? Yes, but no.

If you mean the name used for things like the users folder, then I would just leave it as it is. Not doing so leads to insanity and a complete mess... I have already been there 

Yeah I mean that thing and I was already fairly certain I'd have to leave it. But I would have preferred char or charlotte to charl.

And some things seem to have been fixed now, maybe because I tried starting an entirely new game - I have alternate starts installed now so I don't need to go through the entire Helgen thing... This time I had to fight off three alik'r and I didn't even know I had a weapon, but I did and luckily they were easily killed. Then I found Halldir's tomb and eventually Halldir himself and I had no health potions at all, so that was a short fight. I'll have to remember to go back there and finish him off. (Didn't feel like there was much point in trying, I had no bow so I had to get close and I was only level 1. So was he, probably, but he was still stronger than me.)

Also, why ca't Epic remember me for more than a day even with the "Remember me" checked? And why on earth can't I, in spite of always having to log back in to Epic, remember my own password?
