A lot of the interior stuff, including these, are of the one-sided variety so I'm not sure if that will help of hinder the flickering/clipping. The annoying thing about the interior stuff is that there is A LOT of it so it's hard to filter things that'll be useful.
I thought some of those fences were from Whiterun.
The little fence around the cow there is actually the wooden fence on top of the stone wall base so maybe that's causing the size difference. I'll have another look.

I'll have to look at the floors tomorrow. I AM on the hunt for something to cover up the Breezehome floor with, as that has stones missing even when you've purchased it. I really do think they should have the option of repairs, not just furnishings. Have you noticed the big hole in the back wall of Breezehome? (Round the back, outside) Shameful.

I had to shrink it a bit so it wouldn't block the road in front, but that's OK. It's a bit darker and murkier than the rest of the building, but not disturbingly so.
And now it's bedtime. As evidenced by me originally managing to write "block" with only one correct letter...

The whole piece is called CowEatingIdle3.
But the usable gate is a separate code. It's not in the same place in the Creation Kit because it's classed as a door and the code is.... 000A88DA
There's also an Imperial Stable gate that looks bigger and is 0005AD57
I wonder if that's the other one you have.
EDIT:
And now Sam is out of the range of those terrorists that were trying to kill me I took the time to ignore all deliveries/jobs, no matter how urgent, just to explore the area, find exactly where their sensor poles are and work out a safe path around the camp. And I put on some bits of armour this time just in case.
Some nice deep views around that area. And I found the correct place near the incinerator to create the detour from danger. I had my chiral ladder ready for the climb but there was already one there so I just left a trail of signs to remind myself.
I started rebuilding the roads up there too but it seems there's a shortage of ceramics round here.
I bet the terrorists are hoarding it.

I downloaded some more mods.... :glare@Banj: and one was doing some retextures along with mesh improvements (SMIM). Well, while the tomato looked better than the vanilla tomato it still didn't look particularly good, so I thought it'd be a good starter object to try to make a new texture for, myself (I can only replace textures that have been added by mods - I do seem to have a whole folder full of paintings that look.... so and so... Might try to replace those eventually. I'd like to encounter them in game, first, though...)
Anyway, I painted my tomato. Loaded up Skyrim. Ran to the market where Carlotta sells vegetables. And gets shoved out of the way by Nazeem when I try to look at them!
Back to painting tomatoes.
