One road led past a small ruined watch tower where there was a troll in residence, I think. And I also got to the edge while exploring the mountains to the west. "You can't go that way" - but at least it doesn't spin you around by force

Wait a minute. I don't have that game.
Oh, yes. It's GTA. And in my efforts to get more money to Franklin I, or he, let's say "we", have bought the sonar dock place and he's now searching for nuclear waste. And there's a lot of it... like that glowing barrel beneath the arch.
Slightly tricky to get but not too difficult. Now on to the next barrel!
Uh-oh. I've beached the thing.
Couldn't shift it after that so I had the brilliant idea of stealing a nearby car and ramming the sub back into the water!
There was not a car for miles.
Eventually I found one, drove it to the beach and... the sub was no longer there. I'd walked so far to get the car that the sub had respawned at the dock.
Back to the dock then!
And get out of my way you three fat whales!
Don't they know I've got nuclear waste in here??
And then I have to shut down my geiger counter app on the phone to read an email...
What???
You want me to go pick up a truck full of drugs and deliver them back to the shop?
I'm in the middle of the ocean collecting nuclear waste!!!
Can't you do the drug thing yourself?
So I had to let the drugs go, which probably means the shop won't have a 9 grand profit this week, but that's OK cos this job is paying much better and... is that the big whale?
And a group of Orcas?
They make so much noise. Oh-oooooOOOOOuuuUUUU
And so... after three GTA days circling round the island picking up underwater barrels I have now doubled Franklin's money to $1.3 million making him the richest guy in the game.
EDIT: And I nearly hit "crush depth" twice. Which was scary cos I hadn't saved.

I tried to pickpocket a courier today. Or rather, I tried to sneak up behind him so I would be able to pickpocket him. Unfortunately he had eyes at the back of his head, so he kept spotting me. Then he stopped in the middle of the road and didn't budge until dawn. And even though I was hiding behind a rock, he spotted me the moment he was along side of it. It's confusing having several characters - my lvl 48 one has sneak = 100, but this one is just starting out.. I'm used to nobody noticing me and everybody notices me now...
Also, tomorrow is my last vacation day. And as usual I've grown used to going to bed way too late. So Tuesday I have to get up at 6. Not sure how to survive that, Especially since I have also slept really poorly lately.

The only 100 I've got in my game is the Two-Handed skill as a result of my relentless Big Bash Sword techniques.
I think my lockpicking is up in the eighties.
Gonna have to go and check now.
EDIT: Yep, my lockpicking is 85 as is my one handed attack, followed by light armour at 81. My heavy armour was at a surprising 94 but it was in green which means that something is boosting it. And it was the ebony outfit cos when I stripped off it went down to 71. My worst stats are magic, all are in the 20s and Alchemy is bottom at 25.
Surprisingly my sneak is only 75 and my pickpocketing is a dreadful 31. Don't know why cos I've done quite a bit of successful pickpocketing.
And I've just realised that I have seven perk points that I haven't used yet.

Lockpicking, sneak and archery are all 100, and so is light armour but in green. I think I have around 20 extra points for that (and it's 111 so I guess it's actually about 90)
Pick pocket is 36 because it's such a rude thing to do and my lowest ones are illusion and conjuration at 20 each and alteration at 22 (I think that's where all skills start? Or lockpicking might start at 16-17...
I guess all my characters tend to use the same magic spells and archery (and lockpicking) while having different armour and close combat weapons. I do intend to play some more magey characters too, though. My latest creation, an argonian, is dressed in mage robes so people already think she comes from Winterhold
At least the weirdness of choosing colours for different parts of the characters faces made more sense when creating an argonian. But I kind of think that maybe those bits of character creation should differ between races instead of being the same for everyone.
And after laying awake thinking how earrings should be done in Skyrim, for a whole night, I realised there are no earrings because argonians don't have ears.

When it comes to that one power that each race has, I don't think I ever actually used them. I've tested the khajit night vision for instance, but that's about it. (And I tested it inside Breezehome so it wasn't very dark to begin with - all it did was make things bluish and me a bit dizzy)

Who is the naughty thief that stole that important item?
No, it's not me. But ironically I am using my new Investigator powers to steal every other valuable thing in this place.
But not the important item. No.
All the clues seem to pointing to a certain person but more clues may yet be found.
EDIT: Do I have enough clues?
Should I accuse someone?
Should I first put back that really expensive thing I found/stole?

Meanwhile I got yet more mods, including one with different beginnings from the vanilla one, and then, ironically, I started a new character I wanted to be decidedly pro Stormcloaks so, vanilla start worked best anyway. And then I decided to try to make a small batch file to get a cottage into Whiterun, you know, for the homeless people.
I worked, but it's kind of hard to get it where one wants since it loads somewhere fairly far behind you. I had to try several times, and then still make adjustments, but I didn't want to start messing with x and y positions since the hearthfire building parts don't load at "0" so it's hard to predict where they will end up if you start moving them around.
Anyway, I added one of those extra floors/lofts with a ladder (I think it's WR stairs, actually, but I got them as a ladder code from Val
There were some unforeseen issues, though. I placed the building on a rocky bit with no paths, but it seems one of my extra NPC mods have "citizens" walking across said rocky bit all the time.
When I was done, I ran around trying to find a high vantage point from which to take a screenshot (I ended up having to turn off collision and do a bit of "flying" - poor Sigurd saw me and looked just a bit horrified when I landed in front of him, and then he quickly walked away) and while doing so, I think I found Brenuin's sleeping spot.
They probably gave Lucia somewhere to sleep too, even if I haven't found it yet. The mod that adds more beggars have put them all in the (added) basements of the inns, so they don't have sleeping spots "in the open".
Oh well, I can still play pretend that Whiterun now has a poor people's house... when playing this particular character...

I'm also thinking that the walls to the alchemy room and the "master bedroom" in Breezehome, should be separate from the rest of the interior, as they are only added when/if you buy those furnishings.
And unless the interiors are larger/differently shaped than the exteriors, it might be possible to combine the outside and inside of small buildings, to build your own little cottage wherever you want.
Though I guess for the most part I might only care for simple campsites anyway. I probably think way too much on these things. I really wish the Creation Kit was available on GOG.
I wonder if I could convince Bethesda to hire me to work on Elder Scrolls 6, to make sure such silly mistakes are at least not made in the vanilla game?
