Anyway here's everything from those Hearthfire kits if you want to check them out...
...but most of the stuff is large and not quite what you expect it to be.
And sorry if this is blurry, it was hard fitting it all on a 1K image.
And the initial 01 code may be different for you.
ANOTHER EDIT: I was trying to think of any exterior "House" that I'd seen in the game and the only one I recall is Anise's Cabin. So I checked it out in the Creation Kit and it is indeed made up of those pieces from the Shack Kit in my previous post.

Can't steer that horse either.
And now I'm trying to escape bulldozers!
Between all of that nonsense I continued to crash on all the roads. I know I'm not the best driver in any game but this one always seems to be worse for me. I don't know if the driving rules were different in the 1940s.
It doesn't help that trams never swerve to get out of my way. Obviously.

I do hope you never drive in the real world
I've been going through the shack bits and the hearthfire bits and the shack might be a hassle but I'm pretty confident I can use the hearthfire codes to build the small (initial "shack") cabin anywhere I want. Well, technically I could build the whole shebang but I usually just want somewhere that feels like it's a bit of a safe spot for a rest, now and then...
Anyway, who in their right mind would want a stuffed falmer in their house?

What sensible person leaves guarded treasure so close to the boundaries of all existence?
There I was fighting a flappy Wyvern thing and as it swoops I dodge a little too far, more than the game would like it seems, and it tells me mid-fight that "You've reached the edge of the world." And of course I have to turn back and around and if I don't then he does it anyway, but the Wyvern somehow manages to go over there. Then it flies back at me and I dodge and "You've reached the edge of the world."
Anyway after all that I made a fast travel detour to pick up some armour in Vizima that I have apparently been given, according to that new irritating Witcher launcher, but I can't find it anywhere. I've run around looting everything in that palace and there's no fancy outfits.
A quick internet check tells me that I must somehow claim my rewards with my GoG account (even though it's a Steam game that GoG doesn't know that I have) and even then I probably won't get it cos it's part of the next gen update and I'm not running the updated version.
Back to Kaer Morhen then.

That drove me up the wall. It tells you you have gone too far and need to turn around, so you turn around and then it automatically turns you round itself which actually points you straight back in the direction you are supposed to get away from, thus repeating the annoying cycle of dumbery. I'd rather just have a crappy invisible wall blocking my way and leave it at that. And of course I have to turn back and around and if I don't then he does it anyway

So far I've found two roads that you are not allowed to walk down, one South West of Falkreath and at least one other off to the east. Can't remember if it was by the ruined refugee tower or further south near the Dawnguard/canyon entrance.
Seeing the road-not-travelled extend away from you always seemed a bit more poignant than the vague boundaries in Witcher 3.
