I find it rather fascinating to browse mods and see all these retextures that bring in way too much detail because the creators don't understand that if you look at a wall 20 metres away, you won't see every little microscopic grain and crack. Or the jewellery mods (of which I still got two, simply because something like what I'd rather want doesn't seem to exist) where they express surprise at Bethesda not making a ring or necklace etc for every possible gem/metal combination available to them. Like, just because you CAN make silver rings with flawless diamonds, maybe a realistic jeweller wouldn't consider it worthwhile? Or making a golden amulet with some cheap stones. Not that Bethesda actually seemed to follow such logic either, but still, it actually makes sense not to have a million different rings in game, just because that's how many possible combos there are. (Admittedly there seem to be 20 available combos in game and that's not a ridiculously high number...)
In my own little plan for jewellery (the one that prevented me from sleeping a few nights ago) which so far only considered earrings, I combined each metal with maybe 3 or 4 stones (plus plain versions). So the cheapest metals had some of the cheapest stones and the most valuable metal (ebony) had the most valuable gems. Mostly anyway. I ended up with rather a long list of items that would need to be made, anyway. All "my" metals with all "my" gemstones would probably allow for hundreds of combos for earrings alone.
And I don't get why people would want 1000 different hairdos. How would they ever even reach the end of the list to decide which one to use???

I remember one of those hairstyle mods being over 1GB.
The one I got for Oblivion (which was the smaller older version) was more MB than I would have wanted too.
Meanwhile my search for ceramics in the mountains is still a struggle.
Oh, but before that... That little stream near the terrorist camp was deeper than it looks.
Tried to ride through it on a bike that I'd found and got swept away. Lost the bike (sorry to whoever left it there) but thankfully saved the cargo.
Anyway I went back to the Waystation and began roadbuilding from the other side of the mountain. I managed to do three sections up to the incinerator but fell just short of the big cliff area where the useful ladder is. Until I get the road to go up there I can't do the heavy delivery from the Distribution Centre and doing the quick maths in my head....
.......
...well, quick-ish maths.
I'm about 200 short of ceramics.
I'll have to go all the way back to the Craftsman to stock up.
And I have claimed ESO.
It's gonna be a loooong install even if you do have room for it so I haven't bothered yet. Also I saw some people complaining that you need even more hard disk space to download an 80+ Gig patch after you've installed the game.

I definitely need a new computer. But if they have like 1 TB of space, you can install 5 games like that and then you need yet another computer. Remember the time when we had floppy discs?

Also there appears to be an occasional issue when installing to a location which isn't the C drive (which is what I would have to do) so I don't think I'll be trying it out just yet.
And I remember having to constantly change floppy disks while playing those point and click adventures.
Fate Of Atlantis had eleven!

(My, Carlotta, what large tomatoes you have!
And apparently I did find some sort of clothe replacer mod to install even if I can't remember being successful with anything but a few extras. Because suddenly the women of Whiterun are walking around in trousers and a top I haven't seen before.

I changed the hue and transparency a bit on the normal map and I got that dividing line back, and then I changed hue and transparency back but the line remains.
And I really should get to the store. After 4 days at home I'm starting to need a few things.
