Managed to have a late gaming session for once so I went back to some more hidey sneaking in A Plague Tale...

 

I'm on the penultimate chapter now and it's getting a bit more difficult to get past the guards especially now that they have some backup from archers and spear throwing chaps.
And after making a little bit of progress there I played through the opening of Vampyr...

 

I have to confess that I spent far too long trapped in a narrow alleyway before I realised that I could smash the barrels with my big knife. It's very sad when you find yourself stuck on the tutorial.
 

Those damn archers!!!

I used to be an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow to the... wherever it is I took an arrow to 

Knee. It's always the knee when it interferes with your career.
Also, an arrow to the knee probably won't kill you...

Her knees appear to be in a different place to most peoples then

But the woman above.... she didn't take an arrow to the knee. She died. She's Val, after all.
