I think I have two episodes to go. And I agree with your previous statement that it became less interesting when it focused more on the kids.
And there are too many time jumps with recasting.
But I'm still enjoying it even though it doesn't quite have the scale of GoT with all of the varied kingdoms and linked stories.

According to an ad on Facebook House of the Dragon season 1 still has one episode to go. A little confusing, since I googled and it seemed I had watched the last one already. I guess I'll notice, Monday.
Edit: And HBO says the final episode is here. Guess the FB ad is a bit behind the times (it didn't have a date stamp, but rather few comments so it didn't look a week old)

I believe there are 10 episodes and I only have one left to watch this weekend. 
I enjoyed the previous one, it was an improvement on the bickering children of the middle episodes.

I was feeling a bit bored with Supernatural (and I had a cat on the desk preventing me from playing Skyrim) so I decided to start watching Fringe, again. I don't think I ever managed to catch all of it when it was on regular TV. I can't recall whether I never noticed exactly how silly all the pseudo-science-babble was or whether I found it annoying and liked the series anyway... I think maybe a bit of both

Oh, it's definitely all nonsense. 
But I still really liked the first two seasons of Fringe. After that it does seem to fall apart a little. They keep revealing things that damage the characters relationships but then they just forget about it after a few episodes and it all goes back to normal until they reveal something else and do it all again.

I know I'm not the biggest fan of Henry Cavill but he was very well suited to that role.
But Hemsworth?
Even the other Hemsworth would be a big downgrade but ... Liam?!
Any random person at all would be a better choice.
