I am currently watching The Green Knight which so far is a bit slow and sparse in a pretentious way but still watchable.
Edit: Well that was... weird.
The kind of film you have to sit and think about for a while until you can decide if you liked it or not. And I think I did. Maybe.

I've now watched the first episode of season 2 of the Witcher. And he actually talks! 
(Though mostly to his horse)
Also, not a spoiler, I thought it mildly amusing when he "skins" an animal they find dead in the forest. When using his knife he's obviously holding the "skin" down with his hand and then, in spite of him obviously not cutting under all of it, it still just all comes off like a lid.

Depends on the budget, I suppose.
I got a Disney+ thingy for over Christmas so I'm watching the first episode of The Mandalorian and he's almost as talkative as Geralt too.
May watch Black Widow afterwards.

...and I quite liked Black Widow.
Yes, there were some some crazy accents ( "Russian" Ray Winston?!) and the physics didn't really confirm to reality but unlike most Marvel things, there was actually a bit of character drama in there.

I'm very much enjoying The Mandalorian so far.

Werner Herzog should do more acting, he's fantastic. And as well as the story and the cute child I also like the end credits, where they always have a little slideshow of concept art depicting scenes from the episode. There are some really beautiful paintings on show.
