Here's my start.
I think I'll have Banj in some sort of hide and pelt Hamster style armour as opposed to actually being one. I'm yet to figure out where to put the eye holes but hopefully it should come together as I move into values. Hopefully...

Binky is a name but I don't know any more about Binky than that..
Moving straight into colour this time. I'm quite happy with how this is going so far though the lighting definitely needs to be unified throughout the piece. I'm still working out a lot of the design elements, so a long way to go yet but overall it seems to be heading in the right direction.
