Gaming

Watch for the little glowy outline around things when you get the cursor near them. The colour of that gives a hint to whether you should be attacking things.

I'm definitely going to need to move my mouse over from this computer to the new one before I play or I'll have no control of where my cursor is....

Oh, I meant the targeting cursor in the centre of the screen not the mouse pointer.

The... what... huh?

(I have closed the game down btw, I only fiddled with character creation during lunch... so I can't see or look at anything at all currently)

So I am now trying to play ESO.... And I have no idea how to sheath my weapon I'm a little afraid I'll shoot Norianwe. I also need to raise the volume because I can barely hear her over the fans ( ) but apparently I can't alt+tab out of there, either... Although it's possible it's because I'm not running anything else (though the Epic Launcher kind of comes to mind as a possibility...)

Help?

Z is sheath weapons cos when I switch back to Skyrim I keep using it out of habit.
"ACCIDENTAL FUS!!!"

And I never use alt-tab for anything cos my PC only runs games "well" if they're in that exclusive full screen mode with nothing else in the background.

I know. You might have known how to increase the volume anyway Apparently one could use Alt + Enter to make the game windowed. So I learned something new.

But I hope all of Tamriel isn't that full urns, because it takes me ages to get anywhere when I have to look through them all. I am pretty good at ditching most things only worth 1 coin though. Except anythiing that seems like it might be an ingredient of some kind... and apparently those gnawed bones are fairly valuable. Who's have thought. But now I think I'm burning my dinner...

So far it seems to me that the only difference between light, medium and heavy armour is the protection it offers.... Surely there must be more? Hmm I have a spell resistance of over 10,000 I wonder where that came from? Everything is in the thousands here instead of 0 - 100 like Skyrim...

Anyway I'm still in the tutorial I think, though I have seen a couple of other players running around, obviously ignoring all the urns...

I'm sure I was going to ask something more but I forgot what....
