Suuuure you haven't

In my defence it was actually three versions in one zip and I was new at this when I tried to install it, got an error message and gave up. Now I have extracted the three folders and rezipped the one I wanted and it installed just fine. It's one with around 20 small hideouts, like caves, tree stumps, ruins etc and I chose one with no "extras" so I can place bedrolls or fires etc as I see fit.

Currently trying out playing a vampire and need to hide during daytime, so... those hideouts are coming in handy. Being an imperial also comes in handy. I can shout at my enemies to keep still and then feed and kill them while they do nothing. I'm only level 3 or so, hopefully it becomes a bit more challenging later or I'm not sure it'll be fun.
(Also got some necromancer magic type mod, seeing as this will be my baddie bad bad character - you know, the one who'll actually do what the daedras want, etc.... I think. I/She did just rescue a captive girl, by accident... I did try to feed on her but she was awake and healthy so I couldn't.... )

I have found some driftwood that I can put in my sad room. Doesn't it look lovely over there?

 

Took me a while to rotate it to the correct angle. Assuming any interior designer would call that "correct".

Oh, and I saw a duel.
I thought it was just another pickpocketing gone wrong but as I got closer I saw the big flag and the circle on the ground.
 

I stayed until someone won and then scooted off before anyone wanted to fight me.
I then went back to Ebonheart to see if I could pick up any more elusive corn flower. There MUST be some around here amidst the nice landscape and the netches?

 

Spoiler Alert. There wasn't.
Found a few mountain flowers, always loads of jute (which will come in handy) some other stuff that I didn't bother picking, but no corn flower. Think I'm gonna forget about this "daily" crafting job for a while and just complete it when I randomly find them while on my other quests.

Am I imagining or are you wearing three different outfits in those three pictures? You're such a fashion junkie!

That's where my inventory goes.
I seem to be like that in most games. Oblivion also has a good variety of non-armour outfits that I'm always switching between. And the only reason I don't change as much in Skyrim is that Steed Stone perk. Whenever I take off the heavy ebony gear I become over-encumbered but I still like that nightingale one with the cape/cloak.

I shouldn't speak... I got that clothing pack a while back and I'm still finding new clothes I've not seen before (even if it's just recolors) and I just downloaded a couple of vampire clothing and armour packs (think they were made available yesterday?)... But I just collect and store most of it in a wardrobe somewhere, as there's not much reason to keep changing.

So I gave in and upgraded my bank slots the other day for 3k and... I've filled it already.
So now I've had to upgrade both characters' backpacks too, which was 2k for the elf and just 400 for the big guy cos I'm a bit behind with him.
I made a bit more progress with him today and did a couple of quests in a dwemer ruin. I was hoping that he might find some corn flower way down there in Stros M'kai and helpfully ship it through the banking system to those who may need it but he obviously didn't find any.
I took him on a trip to Daggerfall too and there was none there as well. I actually took him there for different reasons. He's been doing a bit of stealing. And he stole a couple of treasures that may pay better than most things.
Alas you can't sell stolen stuff to normal merchants so I was hoping to shift it to a fence but I couldn't find the entrance to the Outlaws refuge. (Yes, the stealy, fence people are "Outlaws" in the base game. There is a Thieves' Guild story/series of quests but it's a DLC thing that I don't have so we're sticking with the "Outlaws".)
My Elf lady (who doesn't do stealing) has successfully found the Outlaws in her town and spoken with them but the guy carrying all the hot goods? Nope.
And you can't put stolen stuff in the bank either so they're burning a hole in his inventory slots until I can find and talk with these fences. They are around here somewhere.

I dropped some books in my college dorm room for decoration purposes and one of the other students came running over, picked the last book back up and returned it to me. "You dropped this..."

The next time I dump books on the floor I must remember to call it "decoration".

You have to dump 'em and change cells so the place reloads before you can place 'em where you want 'em, remember?

The books in question are now on the desk I added to my little bedroom. I think the woman who shows you the premises when you join actually said something like "this desk is yours" when she showed to room but none of the rooms have desks...

I also added a kitchen in the student tower (one floor up) as there was nowhere to cook dinner.
(Well, I say I added a kitchen - I added a fireplace and some furniture and barrels - after first removing loads of barrels - but I haven't added much food yet. Working on that. I don't use console for the things I can find in game so I have to run around picking them up elsewhere...)

I found the Outlaws. I was foolishly looking for a door but it was really a grating that led to an underground tunnel.
But I have talked with them and fenced my goods. Well, someone else's goods.
And- Oh, hello? Is this another doggie quest?

 

I think it is but I don't really want to do quests here at the moment. I only stopped off for the stolen stuff and I need to get back to those pirates. Sorry.
