"Given"?

Yes, given, freely, for services rendered. I was told I could have the house and everything in it (and it comes fully furnished with all the crafting equipment, storage, food, and sleeping thingamies). I am responsible for the deaths of the people in the hallway, or rather, they are responsible for their own deaths, I was just the ultimate cause of their demise. I have placed the bodies in the fireplace for now. Now I have my own enchantment table I will go about enchanting all the things after crafting more things in my blacksmithing area. Mwahahahaha

If it wasn't in such a crappy location I would happily move all my stuff there. Funny how my properties always end up right next to barrels and urns I have used to temporarily store stuff in... maybe I should store things in a barrel next to one of those nice castles 

Ah. Might you be in Solstheim? I know of a house that will become available to the player there, though not exactly how...

Edit: I'm still trying to furnish my Lakeview Manor house... I just encountered the glitch where a few of the exterior items won't be built. Yay.   Of course I wasn't sure I wanted them anyway. I don't want the one item that was built. Or the other one I tried at an earlier occasion. Or many of the items I haven't even bothered trying with. 

I can say nothing about my whereabouts. There are people out there that want me dead.

I think I have found evidence that a certain person is behind the dark brotherhood's attempted assassinations of me. Not that I know why as I had done nothing to deserve it, at the point when the attacks started

I have also almost finished my entryway decorations, I think. And the patio above the armoury. Though it still needs some greenery and it's no fun planting junipers everywhere.

And once again I am somewhat late for my evening before-bed-routine... which will, no doubt, make me extra grumpy in the morning.

Hmm, why is there a ladder way up there at the top of the screen?
And is it even possible to climb something so steep with all this cargo?

 

Sadly I can't find out right now cos it was a rather eventful hour. Started getting chased by some people!
Thankfully they were scared off by the scary things but then I had to get past the scary things.
And then baby was upset and I couldn't remember the controls to play with baby even though I managed to do it last time. (Fortunately Guillermo del Toro reminded me again later in another lengthy cut scene. )
Then I saw a bike and got excited... but I can't use it yet.

But someone liked my ladder from a previous session.
I put down another useful one across a deep river so hopefully someone else will like that too.

And then finally... my GFN session ran out in the middle of another long cut scene before I could save.
Pesky cut scenes. That's the annoying thing about playing these type of games on GFN. Can't remember when I last saved. Think it was before the scary things. But there must have been an autosave after that. Surely?

All of that kind of thing is tempting me to try and install it but will it be as enjoyable with dodgy sub-30 frame rates?

I thought it was about time I followed up on one of the Whiterun quests and while trying to find my way to the correct location (which I haven't done yet...) I found the steed stone. +100 kilos or whatever! And I'm already apparently carrying about 100 kilos more than I did before, so that I still have about the same amount of room for loot as I did. And that's after I sold off all the weapons and armour loot I found on my latest trip. Where I also found over 35 chaurus eggs. I wonder if I'll ever get around to using invisibility potions?

...and after all that extra carry weight and making three shop keepers go broke, I am still about 350 "kilos" over encumbered.

The traders have never got enough money. That could be because I usually sell to them but don't buy much in return  ... but it's still their fault. I have a drawer full of jewels and trinkets that I can't sell because nobody has enough cash to make it worth while. If I ever take an arrow to the knee I will at least have a nice nest egg for my retirement

Don't you hate it when you waste so many lockpicks on Master Locks and there's nothing behind the door.
And that teleporting Hagraven can't die quick enough for my satisfaction!
