I am not completely adverse to mods, but as you just pointed out, the majority are pointless and unnecessary. I'd be more interested in creating than using.

It's rather fun seeing your own stuff in game

It was sort of fun seeing my own attempted follower mod completely ignore me when I talked to him and slightly less fun watching him then storm out of the building and start walking to a different city by himself.

At least you managed to give him a mind of his own...

He just didn't want to be a follower. He wanted to be a leader.
Don't know where he went to. Maybe he's playing his own version of the game somewhere.

Looks like I need to work a bit on my texturemapping.
But other than that (and that it doesn't have any collision yet) I'm surprised it didn't even crash the CK.

Then again, I'm sure there will be plenty of crashes once I try to make an animated version (actual container - I did a static first just so I could get the texturemapping and such right)

Better, but obviously needs some more fixing. I think I need to change the iron bits to another texture... and change the mapping (obviously)
But for now I need to stop Merlin from wreaking havoc by going to bed... I think.

 
 

Are those screenshots from CK or Blender or something else?
I think the second one does look a lot better but it's very hard to see with that flat (lack of?) lighting. *squints*

Edit: I just inadvertently got involved in some formation driving with another player in The Crew and... I was dreadful. It was soooo embarrassing as I bounced around various walls, ended up momentarily stuck in a fence and then missed a jump and ended in the water.
The other player then "Approved" in a way that was surely supposed to be patronising and ironic.
​​​​I wish there was a quicker way to quit the game.

On a better note... I have drastically improved with my understeering Mini Cooper and surprised myself by winning that Live Summit race.
I'm currently in the Gold section of the leaderboard (with 8000 others) but I doubt I will stay there until the end of the week.

...and now someone's following me around in ESO while I try to do my crafting.
