I think I'm done with the elves eyes, minus the orcs...
The names don't really match with the colours anymore, because if I change the names, the characters using those eyes will get the dark face bug. Then again... I checked the use info and the woodelf brown eyes (now green) are actually not used by any NPCs at all... (The deep purple ones are now brown but with hints of purple while the "deep brown" are hazel, so mostly greenish... Anyway I checked the deep purple NPCs and I think they were used by some female ones but also... 2 NPCs I can't remember ever encountering and 6 corpses. )

Anyway, I don't care if the names don't really match. So there. Obviously wood elves should have green eyes. And the high elves now have yellow, orange and green (as the names suggested from the beginning - except for the green ones which are the default and didn't have a colour name) instead of yellowish-greenx3

Since when does Lydia loot her own victims?
I figured I should actually play some and not just fiddle with textures, so my lowest level character (seeing as I started over on Steam, that doesn't say much, They're both really low level...) took Lydia over to that camp with the mammoth tusks, for Ysolda's sake. And one of the bandits had a frostbite staff or summat, and now she has it and uses it and I never gave it to her

Orc eyes done. I didn't bother changing the blind eye textures for any other race but I figured orcs would go blind from injury rather than cataracts (or if they did go blind from an illness or old age they'd go loo... I mean searching for, a good death) So I did a new blind orc texture. Not that the detail is very obvious, as usual. And maybe I should have made the sclera even darker this time... I did try, but somehow it doesn't seem to have made much difference. The original textures have very dark sclera.

In Fallout random NPCs can loot your "safe" storage containers.
I then have to bash them with the baseball bat to get them back.

I don't know what spooked them all as farmyard creatures don't usually bother you but they took a great dislike to me for some reason.

So afterwards I spent some time with a friendlier bird watching the distant fishies.

 

Just before this there was a much bigger fish that breached the surface much closer to me and it would have made an amazing screenshot but I missed it.
Where's a rewind/replay button when you need it?
I waited around for ages hoping it would do it again but no luck, so this more distant disappointment will have to do.

Modding is hard work... I think all those hair colours I did the other day might be a bit too bright after all... And they still look greenish on the nords. And the eye colours of elves might be too bright and those orc blind eyes I made seems to be used for blind elves too, which I didn't want...

On the plus side I started yet another character just to be able to check on Dorthe with a fresh start and it seems I did indeed fix her as she now talks to her parents again and isn't constantly moping. That said, her mom acts a bit weird, standing right in front of you when you enter (it is her spawn point but she's supposed to be by the stairs for that first scene when Hadvar tells them about the dragon attack) and then I saw her standing on the dinner table. (I did adjust and finalize the navmesh so that should not be it... but I think I might need to nudge the table a bit anyways...)

I could test to see if it works on "Oldrim".

It probably won't.

Probably not... I'm not sure what does and what doesn't, but it's made with the latest CK and all...

And mine definitely isn't the latest one.

Oldrim is only a 32 bit game so I think everything is stored at different addresses and it uses a different form of archive file. I think there's a way to port Oldrim stuff to the Special Edition by using the SE Creation Kit but I don't think it can go the other way.
