Just started watching The Spencer Sisters - about a young cop who quits her job and moves back in with her mom who's a writer and they'll start a detective agency. Maybe we'll even find out why they're called sisters when they're not?
Seems OK so far though, although I only watched 8 minutes and 20 seconds so far...

Never heard of that one.

Meanwhile, for quite some time now, I've been really wanting to rewatch Donnie Darko despite the fact that I don't have a recording of it nor does it ever seem to be in the streaming catalogues of the main TV channels or even the big movie channels or Netflix or anything. Sure you can rent it from some of those premium places but watching it without paying extra is tricky. And at the moment there's a TV advert repeatedly being shown that uses the song The Killing Moon which just keeps reminding me of Donnie Darko!!
Anyway this constant reminder forced me to go searching for it again and I've found it on some obscure, never-seen-before service called Tubi... or something like that. So tonight I found the Tubi app, installed it on my TV and finally got to rewatch Donnie Darko!
Enjoyed it and didn't fall asleep.

And now I'm gonna uninstall that app.

I've heard of Tubi... An American friend has mentioned it.

I have also heard of Tubi, in fact I started watching Lovecraft Country on it over the weekend (I had to move to America to be able to see that though  )

I've seen that without having to move. It was very strange.

It's weird how I am watching two different mystery shows and they keep having similar themes. Today, both shows included woks... (threatening to hit someone with them) and yesterday it was... something else. I have short memory.

Who doesn't love a videogame movie? Who????

Jumanji meets Minecraft? Wait Momoa wasn't in Jumanji, that was the Rock.

Why is Momoa in this one, though? is he starting to have a hard time getting jobs? Or does he actually like Minecraft? I never saw the appeal, myself...
