hmm... seems to be a relic (or maybe "easter egg"?) from the first GW game... Doesn't seem to be anything one can do about it. Such a shame. I'm sure something nefarious is going on in there...

Hopefully the global quarantine will give George RR Martin the time to actually finish his books and maybe that spoiler won't be in his version of the story.

Sounds like a plan! Actually... it won't - because I'm fairly sure one of the people involved in the spoiler is already dead in the books version

The best plan would be to just not bother watching season 8 at all and just make up your own ending. Whatever you come up with will be better than what they did. In my version pink fluffy unicorns came riding in and sneezed pixie dust across the land turning everyone into chocolate hobnobs. Still a better thought out and more logical conclusion than the one in the series.

Seems he's actually doing just this! Writing, that is, while in quarantine. The page with his comments were riddled with image spoilers from season 8 though so I skimmed it very briefly. (It was reposted on Bored panda)
