Crow's nest of things and stuff

Hmmm... I think that the swirly vortex piece looked a bit better with the colour more vibrant on the main character. Now she seems a little washed out and doesn't stand out form the background so much.

Dom, I have a couple of adjustment layers that I forgot to turn on before saving. I should probably just merge them down but I've kept them separate just in case for now.

So she is just as bright as in earlier posts?

Here are the banners finalised. They could of been taken further but the guy's happy so with them so that's all that really matters..





And now for something new. Somewhat inspired by the recent Mad Max trailer, which if you haven't seen yet I'd highly recommend checking it out. I've not seen the originals but from this trailer alone the designs and styling is looking really nice.

The banners came out great, Claude. And nice start on the new piece. I only saw a glimpse of the trailer you speak of the other day, but waiting to see it better then next time it comes on. - The older movies were pretty good, but since they were made so long ago, they of course have that feel. I believe it was actually Mel Gibson's first major movie he did in Mad Max, and they say it's what got him started in movies. The second wasn't bad, but I really wasn't too crazy about Thunderdome. Most probably due to having Tina Turner in it. She just irks the hell out of me.
