For my Saturday movie I'm watching The King's Man. Hopefully it'll be better than the last shoddy sequel.

Funny, I actually took a day off from watching Olympics, and watched the lot. ... I liked the first one best myself, and thought the second got way too silly for my taste. And found the third quite slow, or long winded throughout. Also didn't have the feel of the first two, if only in a few rare small segments. Rest felt like a separate film altogether.

I get sketchy around pencils! ...=D

I think the slowness was why I liked it better. I usually find these Mark Millar/Matthew Vaughn things to be far too juvenile and manic, like having to babysit a hyperactive child, but this one felt like a normal movie for most of the time.
But I definitely agree that the second one is atrocious. Even Elton John couldn't save it.

I actually didn't dislike the third one, it was more-so the first 40-50 minutes seemed way slow in the story telling... Remember thinking, just come-on, get to it... but the mid to end I did enjoy more. - But to be fair, I've never been a big fan of the movies that are basically "lets go back and see how it all started".

Just watched the first episode of Foundation. :aha:
It was a weird combination of absurd pomposity and vague naivety with its elaborate sci-fi outfits and clumsy dialog that oversimplifies supposedly complicated ideas.
But Jared Harris kept me interested as he usually does so I'll be back for episode two. :)

I also tried to start watching Loki but it can't have been too interesting because I fell very asleep and woke up later in the middle of episode three.
And I don't remember any of it. :dumb:

I found the start of 'Loki' a bit slow, if I remember correctly. But I think I enjoyed it more once I got into more episodes. But it's been a while, so I think that's how I felt. :)
