Speaking of people thinking it's real, I ended up in front of a program about Bigfoot yesterday (or the day before). Must have been in the same series as the Nessie program. First thing I heard them say when I switched to that channel "As I think most people know, Sasquatch are nocturnal."

I have fond memories of Mortal Kombat. When I was a student at Lund University I had never heard of the stuff (series, franchise?) - but I guess I'd seen the trailer, so me and a friend went to see our very first (and so far only) Mortal Kombat movie at the cinema. It was us, and a gang of 3 or 4 boys. I've very rarely had such fun at the cinema. My friend and I thought everything was utterly ridiculous and laughed at everything. I'm pretty sure those boys (who seemed a bit young considering the age limit on the film) found us incredibly annoying. But we had fun. It was a terrible movie.
