laundry!!!

Last weekend I couldn't do the laundry because we had a water leak and the water company couldn't be bothered to even try to fix it until Monday. Today, I go down to collect my laundry and there's an error. Because last week we had no water and apparently nobody did laundry since so the machine still thougt it had no water. *grrrr*

"Luckily" the only thing I could do was try to start the machine (the hatch wouldn't open) and it did start. It's after the allowed laundry hours and there's a risk of everything turning a lovely brown colour if the water's been absent/standing still in the pipes for over a week, but at least it'll be.... "clean". I hope.

Update: Laundry is not brown.

 Can't say I've ever experienced that. Perhaps your chair is sliding backwards... or your monitor is falling off the back of the desk. Maybe the planet has moved further off it's axis and everything is tilted slightly  The only solution is to send a crew in a small vehicle to the core and tilt it back again.
