I ended up having to delete/destroy things. I kept being awarded with Experience Scrolls that were completely useless as I'm already at a level higher than the one they were offering and most of the stuff I had wasn't able to be sold to the merchants I found.
But I didn't know about the craft/storage thing. I will try to remember that next time.

I think I usually delete those scrolls too. Been a while since I got one (though I guess the characters I haven't played in a while all got their usual birthday scrolls). I prefer leveling up by playing, anyhow. It's kind of stupid how they first changed it, so that you have to be level 10 (20, 30 etc) to unlock story content because people complained that otherwise they had to wait between story quests while leveling up. And then (probably the same) people use scrolls etc to level up to 80 straight away anyhow. I much preferred it where the quests were spaced out and the rewards came when you needed them rather than after you already had better gear for higher levels. But I've whined about that before so... :zip:

You do have a salvage kit I hope? Most of the dropped gear can be salvaged but not always the stuff you've actually used. And then the materials you gain can be placed in storage. Until you hit 250 pieces.

Woohoo, I'm not over-encumbered any more.
Now I'll just have to be careful to not acquire things I don't need.

Soooo, where's the nearest merchant?
Actually I could do with selling some more stuff. Again.
I did a big waypoint jump to get to my next story location and I forgot that it costs money.
Once I'd been told to go defend that beach I'd made sure to walk the long way there.
At least I remembered the key for "We Heal As One!"
And resurrected the NPC when she died.

Try selling at trading post (rigt click item, choose sell at trading post) - that way you don't have to look for merchants. And sorry if I'm repeating myself :p

That was a fun little quest.
That last chicken was a bit lively though, I had to chase it around the camp for ages!

One of my minor gripes about this game is that sometimes the story progresses a little too quickly when other characters get involved and you don't have the opportunity to do all the little quests and tombs along the way (and you then have to fast travel back later to catch up on them all) but this particular area is a good spot for exploring around by yourself.

That can't be legal! Poor chicken!

Thought I'd work through a case or two in LA Noire tonight.

Oh, good. The unnecessary extra launcher needs an update.

*waits*

And the game now runs in a tiny window.

*quits and tries again*

And now the game doesn't run at all.

*googles*

It seems their latest update from last month completely breaks the game.
Wonderful.

I'll go find something else to play then.

...and so I played a bit of Skyrim instead and just as I was meeting Max Von Sydow I was rudely interrupted by an email telling me to reset my Rockstar launcher password after all those failed attempts to run LA Noire.

I think I'd better check to see if GTA runs OK too.
Is it really too much to ask for companies to not break their own games??
