Edit: Looks like they added quite a bit of stuff, mostly freighter related. But I'm pretty sure it's not Oct. 7th, yet...

That's the date for the Nintendo Switch release. The update is available now for PC.

That wasn't very clear on their website.
Oh well, guess I will notice if it's been updated next time I have any energy to play...

PS - while the update seems to be out, it was certainly not applied to my game yet. And pets are glitchy. The big brown baby I got now look exactly like it's parent and the new pet is listed as being 0.8 meters tall. Guess that makes me very very small....

Took me a while to understand what decimal point you were referring to.
And yes, it's possible. But it wasn't in the wrong place for other pets... The two with the same colour were also the same height but not listed as such. Their heights were both much closer to their actual heights, though.

Apparently it's a known bug (uh, the colour changing and such between parent and off-spring, I mean) and usually sorts itself next time one logs in. But I still haven't received all the ferrite dust from the 4000 or so rusty thingies I put in the whatsitcalled a while back. It's all glitchy. The game, I mean.

Ooof, that high-level Leshen was a bit difficult for Geralt.
I even ran out of water trying to repeatedly heal myself between those annoying crow attacks. And then it decided to run off through a big pack of wolves that also joined in the fight.
I managed to survive by eating some bread instead. Or maybe I should switch to the chicken sandwiches?

Yes, I know you're supposed to make potions but I can never be bothered.

And for some reason the guy instantly teleports from his chair to a place behind me and the camera can no longer focus on him through the wall.
But strangely I can still talk to him...
