Yay, I got that GoG Gwent email yesterday!
I felt like I was missing out when everyone else was talking about it.
And now it's deleted.

And speaking of those cards I beat Vernon Roche the other day. He actually played the 15-point Geralt card against me, which felt odd. So I played my Vernon Roche card back at him.
It does seem weird that everyone carries cards with everyone else's pictures on.
I was hoping to win that Geralt card after seeing it but instead was given an unpronounceable Scoia'tael character. On the plus side I do now have a decent Scoia'tael deck. Not as many muster cards as I would like but I think I'm now ready to try to win a game with it.

I'll be overjoyed if I never have to see Karl Marx again.
Yet another of his quests went wrong after he sent me to ...erm... spoilers, I guess.
But at one point in the mission I had to hijack a horse-drawn fire engine and take it to a specific place but annoyingly there seemed to be an entire army of policemen watching me as I arrived and they appeared to know that I wasn't a genuine fireman (maybe the lady-assassin outfit gave me away) and they all attacked me whilst I then tried to "anonymously" pickpocket some guy.
And Karl just stayed two streets away swatting flies from his beard.

 

Must be new-game-trailer day cos I've just been watching this one too.
